Lead a Healthy Life: Reduce Stress
Leading a healthy life is the dream of every one, one should need to live a healthy and hygenic life, but it truly depends on one, that how he/she manages it, you can also lead a healthy and hygenic life by following the basic principle:
Reduce Stress
Easier said than done, stress busters come in many forms, the best of which of course being that of the prophet may Allah raise his rank.
According to Boukhary, when the prophet may Allah raise his rank was stressed and sad, he would pray....
So you too, if you are stressed and sad, then DO pray.
Praying does not only bring great reward on the last day, but also is a GREAT stress buster for the soul....
Some other stress buster techniques recommended by experts are to think positive thoughts.
Spend 30 minutes a day doing something you like. (i.e.,Soak in a hot tub; walk on the beach or in a park; read a good book; visit a friend; visit family, play with your kids, play with your spouse; listen to soothing stuff; watch something interesting... .
Get a massage, go out for a simple walk around the block.
Count to ten before losing your temper or getting aggravated. Avoid difficult people when possible.
Thought for the day: When seeing red, think pink clouds….then float on them.
