according to one of the writers (Ishfaq Ahmad) 'Muslim is somebody who believes that there is Allah and a Momin is somebody who believes in whatever Allah orders or ordains'...in urdu...musalmaan wo hai jo Allah ko maanta hai aur momin wo hai jo Allah ki maanta hai....
