Bismillah, Assalamu Alaykum sister, May Allah(SWT) rewards you twice for the courageous step you have taken to choose Islam.I am a muslim, arabic descent, I was born and raised in an islamic environment, but it is only after finishing my university studies in the US and returning home, back in 1980, that I was reborn in Islam, from that time up to know I have been busy to rebuild my faith and Islam on knowledge not just immitating older generations.I am so grateful to Allah who has guided me and helped me so much. I think, and Allah knows best, new reverts, face something similar even that they come from a totally different background. I would like to share my expereince with other muslims and even few writing projects that I am trying to finilize and that are destinated for beginners.I like also to read journeys to islam written by new muslims, this so benefitial to the faith.Thus, I would like to build a freindship, thru which we may exchange experience and knowledge about Islam.I await your reply.take careSincerily
