I think it is very  hard to learn quran at home. 
He must go to a course for learning well..

I think the word hard can be understand, but most of parents want to got to work outside and earn more money, then they send their kids to school or place where have someone (may be call teacher) who will take care kids instead. When they heard about learn at home, first feeling of those parents is very hard, but I reality this is very good for kids because they can stay with their parents all the time, they will grow up with love and confident. Just only parents have to manage time for their kids (which is another job but doesn't get money).
Sorry my English is not good, but it came from my mind...
