Topic: lonely , confused and need advice

 salam alakum all, i need advice, my husband come to the uk, after our marrage on a spousal visa, he searched daily for work, but sadly the only job he was offered was selling sky on commision bases only, my daughter had worked for the same company for over a month and never recieved a penny, so we all new this job was nothing more than slave labour. his brother in london found him a job, but this job ment he had to leave me and live there, i cant go to london as i have a daugher at school, ( this is my 2nd marrage and the children are from first marrage)
i didn want him to go and this caused argument after argument, and him saying he is going and that is that, as Allah says a man has to work, we also argued over this as i asked to be shown where it states this, again we argued as he said i dont believe him in his religion,  i have never doubted anything he says about religion, only asking sometimes to show me where things he says are written, he hates this in me and says i shouldnt ask.  i reverted last year and he is the only person i have to help me with my religion, i did see on you tube someone ask a imman is it ok to leave home for work, they replied yes as long as it does not effect your family and there deen which it is, anyway my question is ....is his job haram as i believe it is, it is cash in hand, please someone tell me where i can find out if its haram to work like this and not ppay tax and insurance as it is against the law please help..i cant talk to him about this as he just gets mad and shouts etc ,im sure its haram to be in acountry and not abide by the laws of that country ...advice also on how i go about telling this info if its haram ..without him going mad... i cant ask at mosque as women cannot enter
