I don't want to be part of the forums, and I'm tired of talking about Islam. I'm not a Muslim anymore it's a personal choice. So please unsubscribe my from your mailing lists. I have no idea how to do it myself.

sami is an honorable man and will do as you say(i hope). Why dont you mark the next email from here as junk mail andit wll go rightinto your junk mail folder.once you learn how to do this you will findit very easy to control your e mail account(s) .
